Find out exactly what your child's brain and body need more of - with functional testing and a personalised plan built around their actual results.
All of the below can be strong clues that your child is stuck in their development and not progressing as they could be.
Sleep difficulties
Dr -Jekyll-and-Mr-Hyde type moods and behaviours
Increasing fussy eating
Lagging focus or attention
Early learning or regulation concerns
These are not “just phases” — they are signals. Addressing them early can change the developmental trajectory, now.
When a child's mood, behaviour, focus or development isn't where it should be, what makes the difference is knowing — specifically — what their body is missing, what's blocking progress, and what to do about it in the right order.
The Nourish + Grow Formula replaces guesswork with data. It's particularly powerful for preschool-age children, when early intervention makes the biggest difference to developmental trajectory — but it's valuable and effective at any age.
Your child's mood, behaviour, sleep or focus is a daily struggle and you want real answers — not more "wait and see"
You're seeing early signs in a young child — fussy eating, big emotions, lagging attention, unsettled sleep — and you want to get ahead of it before it becomes harder to shift
You've tried dietary changes and supplements but without testing, you're still guessing whether they're actually what your child needs
You want a structured, evidence-based program with expert support — not just a report to interpret on your own
Your child is NDIS-funded and you're looking for a program that may be claimable (contact me to discuss)
The earlier that imbalances are identified and corrected, the greater the potential to offset or minimise more set-in and challenging behaviours. Non-invasive comprehensive testing to give you clear steps on what your child needs to function better.
When something seems off with a child's development, behaviour or mood, parents are often told to adjust the diet, try a supplement, or wait it out. The problem with all three is the same: they're based on guesswork, not data.
Nourish + Grow uses Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) — a non-invasive, clinically validated test that provides a comprehensive picture of the minerals and toxic elements present in your child's body. This reveals:
Critical nutrients for neurological development — and whether your child has enough of them
Mineral imbalances affecting mood, sleep, appetite, energy and emotional regulation
Toxic elements that may be acting as handbrakes on brain function and development
Metabolic patterns that explain why your child processes (or fails to process) nutrients the way they do
From there, a plan and recommendations are built according to your child's actual results. You know what to prioritise, in what order, and why.
The most popular option for families that provides hands-on support alongside comprehensive testing interpretation.
TESTING + INTERPRETATION + PERSONAL SUPPORT
Step 1 - HTMA testing
A small hair sample is collected at home (completely non-invasive and straightforward to do) and sent to the lab. No needles, no clinic visit required.
Step 2 - Personalised video interpretation (within 3 business days of results)
I analyse your child's results through a nutritional and biochemical lens and record a comprehensive video walking you through what the findings mean ie. which nutrients are low, what imbalances are present, which toxic elements are showing up, and how all of this connects to the patterns you're seeing in your child.
Step 3 - Written summary and action plan
A detailed written summary of the findings, plus a prioritised action plan covering diet, supplementation and next steps — so you know exactly what to do and in what order.
Week 4 consultation - Progress review and plan adjustment
We check in on how the plan is going, review any early shifts you're noticing, and troubleshoot barriers — whether that's a supplement your child won't take, a diet change that isn't sticking, or questions about what you're seeing. Adjustments are made as needed so the plan keeps working for your family's real life.
Week 8 consultation - Wrap-up and what's next
We assess progress across the full 8 weeks and discuss what maintaining momentum looks like going forward — whether that's a reduced supplement load now that levels are correcting, or a transition into the Restless to Calm program for more comprehensive ongoing support.
NDIS support may be available.

Most families notice a meaningful shift within 4 weeks of starting the plan - and by week 8, where the child has been consistent, a definite change is typically established. By the way, consistency matters more than perfection! Life happens, and the plan is designed to be adjusted around it, not abandoned because of it. (That's exactly what the week 4 check-in is for). A typical timeline is:

Weeks 1-4
Early signs of change begin to emerge - often in sleep, mood stability, or appetite - as key nutrient levels start to correct

Weeks 4-8
More consistent shifts in behaviour, focus and emotional regulation as the body responds to sustained nutritional support

Beyond 8 weeks
For some children, particularly where gut health or more complex imbalances are involved, stable change may take up to 12 weeks - especially if the plan has been interrupted by illness, travel, or other life events
Yes. The nutritional and biochemical drivers behind poor focus, big emotions, and broken sleep are largely the same with or without a diagnosis. A diagnosis describes the what; testing helps explain the why.
Nourish + Grow suits preschoolers where the priority is making sure that foundational nutrients are in place for sound development, which can potentially offset more complicated problems down the track. It is a stand-alone program that includes nutrient testing, plus analysis and action plan, plus follow up and support during the program time. Nourish Me Now is suitable for any age and best for parents who are more able to implement recommendations easily and don't need professional support or accountability.
No needles. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a functional test that analyses the mineral content of a small hair sample, typically a teaspoon-sized amount cut from close to the scalp at the back of the head. It's completely non-invasive, painless, and easy to do at home. Fantastic for sensory kids! The sample is sent to the lab by post, and results are typically returned to myself for analysis within 2–3 weeks. You won't be handed an intense lab report to decode alone.
Because guessing is the expensive option. A cupboard of half-used supplements chosen from Instagram costs more than one round of targeted testing, and some nutrients given in the wrong ratios actively work against each other (zinc and copper are a classic example). Testing tells us what your child actually needs, and in what order.
Some private health funds cover consultations with a Certified Practising Nutritionist - check your extras cover. NDIS funding may be available depending on your child's plan and funding category. Please contact me before purchasing if you're hoping to use NDIS funding, so we can confirm the right pathway. Nutritionist consultations are not currently covered by Medicare.
